Founder &
Our story
With Masters is a company founded by Jong-ho Kim.
CEO Jong-ho Kim is an expert in global development, manufacturing, and quality technology, boasting 39 years of experience. He has previously held the position of President at Samsung Electronics, overseeing mobile phones, home appliances, and displays. Additionally, he was responsible for production technology at Samsung Heavy Industries, where he spearheaded innovations ranging from the smallest and thinnest to the largest and heaviest. In 2017, he made history by becoming the inaugural head of the Global Quality Innovation Office established by Samsung.
Since then, as the head of Samsung Electronics Smart Factory Center, he has actively assisted small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across the country in their journey towards innovation and enhanced manufacturing practices. In collaboration with the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Korea Federation of SMEs, he has played a pivotal role in transforming numerous SMEs into 'smart factories' over six years. He has provided consultation services to 2,800 small and medium-sized businesses since 2015. In his commitment to supporting businesses, he has remained engaged with field workers, identifying innovative ideas and providing the necessary support to enhance their global competitiveness.
CEO Jong-ho Kim founded 'With Masters Inc' a team of seasoned professionals with over 30 years of expertise. Together, they aim to deliver innovative and practical long-term business solutions derived from their wealth of skills, know-how, leadership, and insight gained from years of experience in the business world.
